Last month Seecon XIX sold the 82365 Hwy 111 property that has been in it’s portfolio for the last 13 years. The property is comprised of mostly small offices and service providers. The property has consistently maintained an above average occupancy rate with a wide variety of tenancy.
The new owner has chosen a different property management direction and we wish him all the best. We will miss all our tenants such as Alladin Bail Bonds, DS AIR, Desert Valley Tax to name a few that have been with us for over a decade. We wish the new owner the best during the transition and with the projected growth in the area we know he picked a winner in purchasing that property.
