After nearly two months of struggling to get approval with the city, we are proud to announce the approval of our major renovation project at the Arbor Win Youth Opportunity Center. The construction project, which involves expansion of the building’s 5000 square foot learning center to 7200 square feet, will include adding a computer lab, two offices and a conference room.
Seecon Management owns, manages, and is overseeing the construction project on the building located at 45-570 Grace St. If all goes according to plan, the renovation will conclude at the end of December; just in time for the new year.
“We are very excited to get this renovation underway” says Rodney Chalmers, Property Manager for Seecon Management. “We have long touted ourselves as a leader in Coachella Valley commercial property and are very happy we support The Win Center in their mission.”
According to it’s website “The mission of the Arbor Win Youth Opportunity Center is to help youth develop the necessary skills to succeed both educationally and professionally.”
