There are several new and upcoming commercial developments in the Indio area close to our properties.
Currently there is the Jackson and I-10 interchange just one off-ramp away from our Golf Center property. Several chain stores are cropping up in this area which includes the Valley’s first Super Target and is home to discount shopping stores Marshalls, Ross and Big Lots as well as WINCO supermarket, 24-hour fitness, Home Depot, Petco, banking, automotive services, and a CVS drug store, a casual dining restaurant and a range of fast-food.
Across from our Commerce Center on Indio Blvd the City’s planned Transportation Center is moving forward at Jackson and Indio Boulevard. The proposed facility is planned with approximately 10,000 square feet of new retail/office space that will house both Amtrak and Greyhound station facilities, a Sun-Line Transit stop, as well as other retail uses to serve travelers.
These facilities will work to attract people to the area benefiting our properties in particular and the growth of Indio as a whole.
